Your new turban does not meet your expectations? No problem, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
This is how you easily request your return:
- Fill out the return form below
- Pack the goods carefully in the original packaging
- Send the package to:
ALIVE collective Attn: Enzmann, Winterstraße 9, 82140 Olching
Please note that goods can only be returned if they have not been worn and the labeling is intact. The return costs are borne by you in accordance with the right of withdrawal. After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the total amount of the order, including shipping costs (except express surcharges or partial cancellation) to your account.
