99% of our products are handmade in Germany. We work with a professional tailor who not only processes most of the orders, but also realizes our collections with us. We obtain a few seasonal products from third parties or work together with specialist service providers.

The delivery time is usually 5-10 working days. For some products we offer shortened delivery times of 3-5 working days. Information about this can be found on the respective product page.

Your new turban does not meet your expectations? No problem, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. In any case, please fill out the return form to request your return.

Please note that goods can only be returned if they have not been worn and the labeling is intact. After you have requested the return, pack the goods carefully and send them in the original box to:

Our sizes are given in cm and refer to your head circumference. For the correct measurement, place a tape measure at the hairline at the back of your neck and run it behind your ears, ending at the hairline on your forehead. This length corresponds to your head circumference.
